Your store must meet all criteria below to qualify.

• Use Shopify Payments as your primary gateway to receive your payouts and to be fully set up with active payouts. Active payouts means your Shopify Payments account is fully set up, unfrozen, and actively transferring funds to your bank account.
• Shopify Payments payout currency must be in CAD.
• Product price lists in the Collective: Supplier app must be in CAD currency only.
• Eligibility requires a registered Canadian business address and a physical inventory presence within Canada.
• Your store must successfully pass Shopify’s automated trust, safety, fraud and identity verifications.

• Once you are in your main Shopify Admin panel, go to the Shopify App Store named Apps > and click on it.
• In the search bar, enter only the word Collective and the app for Collective: Supplier will appear. Click on the link to bring you to the official Shopify Collective: Supplier sales channel page. Click on the Install button to download the free app.
• The Shopify Collective: Supplier app will appear in your Shopify Admin panel in the Sales channel in your left-hand sidebar menu.

This is the mandatory step to remain exclusive. A private list hides your inventory from the public Collective directory.

• In the Collective: Supplier section, go to Price lists.
• Click on Create price list and give it a title name of Ocanova Price List.
• In the Status field, keep the drop-down menu set to Active.
• In the Permissions section below, toggle to Private access. A search box will appear right below it labeled Search retailers—type Ocanova here to assign this list exclusively to us.
  
• In the Shipping section, define either your flat-rate shipping fees or you at checkout calculated shipping rules for Canadian regions. Also enter your free shipping policy, if one exists.
• In the section named Pricing, set the Retailer Margin to the percentage previously agreed between Ocanova and your store. For example, if you agree on a 20% platform profit margin, define your Vendor Selling Price at a 20% discount off your standard retail prices.
• Click the Save button at the top of the screen.

• In the same section of Price Lists, click on the Add products tab at the bottom of the page.
• A mini-window will open displaying a list of all the existing products you currently have in your Shopify store. You simply check all of the boxes next to the items so that we can feature them on our platform.
• Click Save and the products are instantly bound to your private price list and synced straight to Ocanova's dashboard.
• Click Save and publish to activate the price list.
• Ocanova will receive a notification that your products are ready to be imported by us. Once we are queued to process your products, they will be imported, assigned to our collections, labeled and featured on our platform.

Once the link is active, operations require zero manual data entry from you.

• When a customer buys your product on Ocanova's website, the order streams instantly into your own store's Orders queue.
• Pack and ship the item directly to the consumer following your standard workflow.
• Fulfill the order in your dashboard; the tracking number automatically maps back to Ocanova and the customer.
• Shopify Payments handles the split transaction instantly. The Profit Margin goes to Ocanova, and your wholesale funds go directly into your Shopify Payments account.
