Gamma Force offers magnesium in the form of diglycinate and glycerophosphate combined with taurine, which helps increase the intracellular uptake of magnesium. Magnesium diglycinate is also called magnesium glycinate; however, because it has two glycine molecules attached to the magnesium molecule, it is more precisely named "diglycinate" (di = two). The diglycinate form allows for superior absorption due to increased solubility.

Magnesium glycerophosphate is used in our formula for its very calming properties, which are particularly suitable for people with spasmophilia, as among magnesium salts, it is the most lipophilic (fat-soluble) form. It is therefore very active in the nervous system. Spasmophilia is a set of signs associating spasms and muscular hyperexcitability.
