Appreciated for its vibrant bloom, this flowering top is carefully hand-harvested in the Lac Saint-Jean region. It is gently dried to preserve all its aromatic richness, then ground to facilitate its use.
How to use Goldenrod?
As an infusion, alone or mixed with other wild plants, for a light and soothing herbal tea. It can also be used in the preparation of compotes, jams, or even syrups, offering a subtle floral note.
Traditionally, it is used in decoction to relieve urinary discomfort and support kidney function.
