Phase 1: Sign up for Shopify

1. Go to shopify.com and click Start for free.
2. Create a new account with an email address and password, or sign up via Google, Apple, or Facebook.
3. Optionally add billing information (or skip and do it later).
4. Optionally complete the setup questionnaire for tailored suggestions.
5. Your Shopify admin is now ready.

Phase 2: Become a Supplier on Shopify Collective

Prerequisites — your store must meet all of these:

• Active Shopify plan (any paid plan)
• Store based in a supported country using a supported currency
• Shopify Payments fully set up with active payouts
• Shopify Payments payout currency must match your store currency
• Store must pass Shopify's trust, safety, and fraud policy check (automated — clears over time as your store builds history)

How to Connect with Ocanova Inc. on Shopify Collective:

1. Install Shopify Collective: Supplier from the Shopify App Store.
2. In your admin, go to Sales channels > Collective: Supplier > Settings.
3. Review your eligibility checklist — click any incomplete item for instructions on how to fulfill it.
4. Enable Shopify Network Intelligence in your privacy settings (required for the feature to work).

To Connect with Ocanova Inc.:

1. In the Collective: Supplier app, navigate to the Retailers section.
2. Use the search feature to find Ocanova Inc. (www.ocanova.ca).
3. Select Ocanova Inc. from the search results.
4. Send a connection request to Ocanova Inc.
5. Once approved, you can create custom price lists and manage orders directly.

Option 1: You Already Have a Shopify Account

4. Go to the Retailers section and search for Ocanova Inc. (www.ocanova.ca).
5. Select Ocanova Inc. and send a connection request.
6. Once approved, create price lists and start managing orders.

Option 2: You Don't Have a Shopify Account Yet

1. Visit Shopify for Suppliers and sign up for a free account.
2. Complete your store setup and verify your business information.
3. Install Shopify Collective: Supplier from the Sales channels.
4. Review and complete the eligibility requirements in Collective: Supplier > Settings.
5. Enable Shopify Network Intelligence in your privacy settings.
6. Search for and select Ocanova Inc. (www.ocanova.ca) in the Retailers section.
7. Send your connection request and await approval.

How to Create and Share a Private Price List with Ocanova

1. In your Shopify admin, open Collective: Supplier and go to Price lists.
2. Click Create price list and give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Ocanova Inc. Pricing").
3. Add your products and set custom cost prices for Ocanova's wholesale orders.
4. Under Visibility, select Private to restrict access to specific retailers only.
5. In the Share with retailers section, search for and select Ocanova Inc. (www.ocanova.ca).
6. Click Save and publish to activate the price list.
7. Ocanova will receive a notification and can begin placing orders at your custom pricing.

Pro Tip: You can create multiple private price lists for different retailers, allowing you to manage unique pricing strategies for each partner.
