  The Zen Meditation Essential Oil Synergy is used in aromatherapy as a nerve tonic.
  
  Add a few drops to a diffuser, to a bath by diluting them with an unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath...) or with EMULSIUM, our emulsifier which is a dispersant for essential oils in water (ideal for baths, body mists, and DIY room sprays). Important: Read the dosage instructions below.
  
  Warning: Never add essential oils directly into your bath water, as they are not water-soluble. The drops will simply float on the surface, creating an oil layer that could cause skin irritation. Remember to use essential oils sparingly as they are very potent.
