The Guizhou Floral comes from Du Yun Mao Jian, a green tea grown at 1500 m in the mountains of Guizhou, China. A misty mountain climate and slow growth create high aromatic concentration.
Tasting profile
- Nose: White flowers, candied fruit, ripe pineapple
- Palate: Apricot, jasmine, osmanthus
- Finish: Lightly acidic, with a delicate and clean astringency
- Structure: A velvety texture that reveals the tea progressively. Floral and fruity, with a long and persistent finish
