The Mucha Tie Guan Yin is a partially oxidized wulong, slowly roasted over several days in a traditional kiln. Cultivated in the hills of Muzha, Taipei, using methods passed down since 1875.

• Nose: Raw cacao, mandarin, roasted notes
• Palate: Mango, apricot, caramel, honey, brioche
• Finish: Long and structured, with a warm and persistent intensity
• Structure: Lively effervescence. Balanced acidity with a roasted base that supports the palate
