Silver Medal, WAFA 2024. Roasted Taiwanese oolong in effervescence.
The Mucha Tie Guan Yin is a partially oxidized wulong, slowly roasted over several days in a traditional kiln. Cultivated in the hills of Muzha, Taipei, using methods passed down since 1875.

- Nose: Raw cacao, mandarin, roasted notes
- Palate: Mango, apricot, caramel, honey, brioche
- Finish: Long and structured, with a warm and persistent intensity
- Structure: Lively effervescence. Balanced acidity with a roasted base that supports the palate
