Inspired by the luminous spirituality of Hildegard of Bingen, Saint Hildegard’s Garden is a richly layered herbal blend rooted in her concept of viriditas—the “greening power” of God that animates all creation. For Hildegard, health was not merely the absence of illness, but the presence of divine vitality and renewal flowing through body and soul like sap through a spring branch.

Mineral-rich moringa and nettle leaf form the verdant foundation, deep green and nourishing. Yarrow and red clover add gentle floral-bitter notes traditionally associated with balance and renewal. Red root, nettle root, and burdock root anchor the blend with earthy depth, drawing strength from the hidden places beneath the soil, tonifying the liver and stimulating detoxification pathways. 

Bright threads of lemongrass and warming ginger lift the profile with light and warmth, while ashwagandha offers a steadying, grounding presence. A touch of green tea brings clarity and gentle energy, and rose petals soften the edges with a quiet sweetness.
