What is Highbush Cranberry?

Highbush cranberry is a large shrub that grows wild in Quebec, producing small, tart red berries. This native shrub offers clusters of scarlet berries that often persist until the first snows, defiantly shining through winter.

How to use Highbush Cranberry?
