The result is delicious and satisfying, dense with nutrients and bursting with complex flavours and textures that satisfy your cravings and nourish your body. Our mixes are made in our own dedicated workshop free of nuts, peanuts, dairy and animal products.

BASIC PREP: preheat 400˚F (muffins) or 375˚F (loaves) • in mixing bowl: beat 2 eggs well • add ¼ cup butter melted, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1¾ cups plain yogurt, whisk smooth • stir in package DO NOT OVER-MIX * grease pan, bake 15-20 min for muffins, 25-35 min for loaves DO NOT OVER-BAKE • freezes beautifully.
