Oak

The Bach flower called Oak comes from the oak tree, a species found throughout the Northern Hemisphere. It is present from the coldest latitudes to the tropical zones of Asia. Oaks are genetically very polymorphic species, which explains their strong adaptability. Their great strength also allows them to produce shoots from buds that have remained dormant for many years.
The oak is a fast-growing tree that can reach several tens of meters in height.

With a single straight trunk, it represents strength and nobility. Its leaves are lobed with rounded tips for white oak and pointed tips for red oak. It produces acorns containing a seed that, depending on the species, can take between 6 and 18 months to mature. The oak is a tree that easily lives over 500 years and typically hosts many insect species. Even after its death, the oak continues to nourish them. It is often referred to as a biodiversity hotspot.
