They are made from wild flowers, picked in the morning at sunrise when their potential is at its peak. Under the action of the sun's rays and water, the flower releases its qualities and transmits them to the aquatic element.

To preserve the flower's full virtues, the floral maceration is mixed with organic* DEMETER** cognac in a 1/240th dilution, in the purest respect of the original method created by Dr. Bach.

Before packaging, the floral elixir is re-energized to strengthen its energetic action and thus guarantee maximum effectiveness.

This complex is composed of the 5 flowers from the Serene Day F40 complex + White Chestnut. It is used in difficult and agitated moments, helping to release negative emotions and thoughts that prevent finding inner calm for peaceful sleep.
