Size chart: This long sleeve polo fits the same as our Sleeveless and racer back through the body so whatever size you wear in our sleeveless polos is what I recommend. These are true to size, to be sure, take your favourite fitting top and copmpare measurements. These are laid flat and measured in inches, double the width in the chest and waist to get circumference.
