Description

Create the ultimate cozy winter drink with our handcrafted Mulling Spice blend. Traditionally used in German Glühwein, this aromatic mix of orange peel, lemon peel, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, star anise, and cardamom transforms red wine or apple cider into a warm, spiced beverage perfect for holiday gatherings or quiet nights by the fire.

How to Make:

  1. Add one bottle of red wine (or 6 cups apple cider) to a saucepan.

  2. Place 2–4 tbsp of spice blend in a muslin bag, cheesecloth, or enclosed strainer. Add to the pot with 1 sliced orange (optional) and ½–1 cup sugar.

  3. Warm over medium heat until sugar dissolves, then reduce to low and simmer gently for 30 minutes (do not boil). Adjust sweetness to taste.

  4. Remove spices and serve hot.

Ingredients: Orange peel, lemon peel, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, star anise, cardamom.
