MILK OOLONG - GRATIA PLENA
Ships from Ontario💰
Description
Rich and syrupy floral notes of lily and vanilla with a subtle spicy finish of cinnamon and nutmeg.
This premium milk oolong comes from Jin Shuan, Taiwan and does not contain any added flavours, the milkiness is due to the specific regional terrior and processing of the tea leaves.
Gratia Plena, a luxurious milk oolong, is soft, creamy, and delicately floral—its flavor unfolding like a whispered benediction. This tea evokes warmth and sweetness on the palate, with notes of fresh cream, subtle orchard fruit, and lingering floral undertones that make each sip a quiet meditation.
The inspiration for this tea comes from St. Bernard of Clairvaux, who spoke of the mystical experience of tasting the “milk of Mary,” a symbol of divine nourishment and grace. Just as Bernard described spiritual sweetness and the gentle sustenance of heavenly contemplation, Gratia Plena offers a sensory echo of that sacred encounter, nourishing the body while lifting the spirit.
Handcrafted with care, this milk oolong captures both the richness of traditional tea artistry and the tender, contemplative beauty of Cistercian devotion. Brew a cup, inhale its fragrant steam, and allow yourself to linger in a moment of grace, reflection, and quiet joy.
