Q: Where is the best spot to set up my tent?

A: When choosing a location for our tent products, we recommend avoiding heavily branched, known Sasquatch sighting, or low point areas. While our tent flooring is water resistant to a certain degree, it is always recommended to first tarp the ground area where you plan to pitch your tent.

Q: Is the tent waterproof?

A: Our tent fly’s have a water resistance rating of 2000mm, which means the fabric can withstand 2,000mm of water over a day before water will start to penetrate through. Ensure all material ties are attached to the poles, guy ropes are taut, and the fly is pegged down securely!

Q: How do I clean my tent?

A: Only clean your tent with hot water and a sponge, detergents are not recommended especially on products with taped seams.
