• Calendula oil is traditionally used in herbal medicine for skin inflammation and irritation, as well as to promote wound healing.

Calendula is effective for skin problems: it accelerates and facilitates the healing process and promotes tissue regeneration. It is therefore not surprising that studies have revealed the antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties of this plant.

Used topically to promote healing and for minor burns and abrasions, lacerations, edema, bruises, sprains, and strains, our calendula oil is made from organic certified calendula flower tops infused in olive oil. The consistency of this product allows it to be used for more diverse purposes than Calendula Salve. For example, calendula oil can be added to the bath, used for scalp massage, or to make a poultice.
