HMF Multi Strain is a combination of 16 probiotic strains that support the health of the gut flora. Each long-lasting capsule contains a variety of lactic acid bacteria that enhance the health of the gut microflora in the small and large intestines. A placebo-controlled study demonstrated that HN019, a strain present in this formula, helps improve gut flora.
