Hasegawa Pro Soft Cutting Boards (FSR)
Hasegawa makes some of the best cutting boards you can get for the life of your edge. The soft rubber surface is gentle on your knives and gives a grippy surface so your product doesn't slide around for maximum precision, not to mention they are much quieter. They are surprisingly light for the size, and with the wood core they won't warp on you. Dishwasher safe, but we suggest avoiding abrasive cleaning tools like steel wool or scouring pads and instead suggest using a Hasegawa board scraper when needed to re-surface the board.
