A very high quality glitter Micro Fine glitter can be used with transfer paper, Star Form Outline Stickers and any of Dee's Distinctively Dies to create a special effect using the unique Burnished Velvet technique that has become very popular. This transparent glitter can be used on both light and dark colours for different effects.
