Green tea extracts are increasingly consumed for their beneficial effects on weight loss. Several studies show that polyphenols and catechins, particularly the EGCGs in green tea, have the ability to accelerate thermogenesis, thereby increasing the rate at which the body burns fat. To optimize its effectiveness, Gamma Force's green tea extract formula offers a maximum concentration of EGCG (300 mg per capsule, the equivalent of about 8 to 10 cups of green tea), a minimum of 90% polyphenols, and 82 mg of caffeine per capsule.
