Confidence Building Cards! - English Version

This is the English version of the product. "I'm kind, I'm confident, I'm important". Did you know that it's scientifically proven that repeating positive affirmations to yourself boosts confidence and self-esteem? In addition to helping children believe in themselves, they build resilience in the face of challenges. This deck of cards from Open The Joy includes over 100 positive affirmations and fun activities to boost self-confidence. Each card features a positive affirmation on the front and an activity directly linked to it on the back, to help children develop the right behaviour. To plan the time needed to complete the activity, look for the duration indicator on your card. On the back of the card, you'll also find questions to help your child understand and develop confidence.
