Cinnamon Sticks

Cinnamon Sticks are harvested from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum tree. Our cinnamon sticks are some of the highest quality you can find with an oil content of 4%+. We attain this level of quality by harvesting from very specific trees at a very specific time of the year. Cinnamon sticks are used in both savoury and sweet dishes because of their aromatic, warm, and spicy flavour. You can find whole sticks used to infused their flavour into curries, stews or even beverages. Generally meant to be removed and discarded before serving.
