Traditional Preparation & Serving

Asliah Nabulsi Cheese is preserved in brine to maintain its authentic flavor and texture. Before use, soak the cheese in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water at least twice to reduce the salt level. Once prepared, it becomes softer with a balanced texture that is ideal for frying until golden, baking traditional desserts like kunafa, serving fresh with olive oil and zaatar, or using in pastries such as sambousek and fatayer.
