Both of these beans handle darker roasts very well and offer amazing flavours. You won't find any offensive bitterness or charcoal taste here - just smooth richness accompanied by amazing notes of nuts, dark chocolate, and a full, smoky body. For a dark roast, we recommend immersion and espresso-style brewing.
