So we'll try to answer them in this description.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eAny coffee can be decaffeinated and there are two main decaffeination processes: natural and chemical. At BBCR, we chose a naturally decaffeinated Colombian coffee (Swiss Water Processed). We found that Colombian coffee had the body and amazing flavour notes people were looking for and we chose Swiss Water for the obvious reason. ;)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe \"Swiss Water Process\" involves steeping the green beans in temperature-controlled water for a period of time, then exposing them to carbon filters that attract caffeine molecules out of the green bean's body, leaving the water and filters full of pure caffeine and the beans 99.9% caffeine-free.
